*Additional Terms and Conditions: In addition to electronically signing the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement prior to and in consideration for riding at Tower Hill, all riders will also be required to sign a paper copy of the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement prior to and in consideration for biking at Tower Hill. These will be available on-site. By proceeding to purchase a biking pass and/or register for a race, you agree to these terms; additionally, you agree to all terms and conditions in the Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement. You further agree you will not assist any person who has not purchased a biking pass and/or signed his/her own Release From Liability, Covenant Not to Sue, and Indemnity Agreement to enter onto the Property, and that doing so may result in a revocation of your entry privileges without refund of any fees or costs.
